Change of mind
It will be at the sole discretion of TDI to accept a returned product due to a change of mind. The client must inform TDI within 7 days of delivery of the product. Once TDI has agreed to accept the return, the client will have 7 days to return the product. The product must be returned in its original condition, in its original unopened and sealed packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. The client will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item to TDI. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been used or incurred wear and tear.
We understand that items you purchase from us are to be of acceptable quality. Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any item(s) that appear to have been damaged or used by the customer will not be accepted as faulty. This includes a failure to follow care instructions. Returns of faulty goods must be returned to us within 7 days of being received by the client. If we cannot offer a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred.
There will be no returns or exchanges on sale items. All sale items are strictly non-returnable.
